"Every human has value.
We don't have to earn it.
We just have to build systems that recognize it."

— Human Potential Protocol

This is the system.
This is the federation.
It's ours to build — let's build it together.

We are not asking permission.

We are not begging for reform.

We are not working within their system.

We are building the alternative.

In Honor, In Truth, In Service to All.

THE CAMPAIGN KIT

A campaign is three moves.

No software, no list, no permission. A consent campaign is a territory declaring itself — and it can start from this page.

Know the instrument.

The Consent Registry is a fact, not a list: a zero-knowledge count of how many in a territory consent, verifiable by anyone, leakable by no one. Read how it works before you wield it — it is the one instrument a single citizen can fire alone.

Print this page.

This page prints as one sheet. Carry it to the café, the union hall, the parish, the group chat. Every signature is a political declaration with zero legal effect, stated at the moment of signing — and no list exists anywhere for anyone to leak.

Gather your territory.

One city, one canton, one island. When the count is real, the campaign petitions a hub — or its jurisdiction's Foundation — to host the index. The first to accredit serves as primary: monopoly by default, never by right. And where no hub exists yet, the campaign itself is how one forms.

None of this is live. There are no members, no hubs, no indexes yet — the status board on the front door says so in numbers. The first campaigns do not join the network; they are how the network begins.

THE SEED CELL

The first meeting.

Ten to twenty-five neighbours, and one dense block where value actually flows. A hub is measured by how much moves through it — never by how many have signed up.

Gather the block.

The street, the workshop, the market — the place where value already moves between people who already know each other's names. Density first: a cell is value moving, not sitting.

Read the founding text aloud.

The founding manifest is short, public, and written in your language. Reading it together — out loud, in one room — is the closest thing a cell has to a membership test.

Adoption, not exemption.

A seed cell posts no stake of its own. A nursery — an established hub, or more often the jurisdiction's Foundation — sponsors you and stands surety; the stake is posted from the Federation Reserve, or by a Full Hub nursery from its own holdings, and returns to whoever posted it on promotion. You are adopted into the network's skin, not exempted from its rules.

The minting waits for the smart-app; the meeting does not. Nobody can mint today, and this site says so everywhere it matters. What does not wait is twenty neighbours who have read the founding text and agreed to trade.
