Sunday
Everyone is paid
The UBD — Universal Basic Dignity — arrives weekly for every member. No application, no conditions. You receive it because you are alive.
For each of us — by birth
The infrastructure is what's missing. We're building it — the community is the part we can't build for you.
Building · nothing is live yet
The whole design in three and a half minutes — how a hub works, the three tokens, the Federation, the Foundations, and who actually commands them.
First cut · narrated · 3:41
Ten to twenty-five people who already know each other. This is the week the Constitution describes.
Sunday
The UBD — Universal Basic Dignity — arrives weekly for every member. No application, no conditions. You receive it because you are alive.
Monday
Grace bakes twelve loaves and lists them at a price she sets herself. She asked nobody for permission and borrowed nothing to do it.
Tuesday
Daniel buys a loaf with the money that arrived on Sunday. Ordinary shopping: he wanted bread, she had bread.
And here
Because the sale was real, Grace's community mints new credit and gives it to her. Not to an investor, not to a lender, not to us. To the human being who made the bread.
Wednesday
The community meets and decides what it does next — the mill, the roof, who drives the children. Every member has a vote, and nobody outside the community has one.
Value is minted to the human being who made something. Nobody buys in.
Scroll to walk through the week, or choose a day.
No token sale. No way to put money in, no way to take it out. Value enters when a human makes something; leaves when somebody uses it.
This is how the Constitution says a week works. No community has run one yet.
Everything the economy does is done by one of these three. None of them can be bought, and none of them does another's job.
Universal Basic Dignity. The same weekly amount for every verified member of a hub, simply for being alive — unconditional, capped, and never for sale.
Creative Potential. Minted only when something real is sold, to the person who made it. Every balance is charged 0.427% a week — nine tenths retired, one tenth to the commons — so circulation is rewarded, not holding.
Global Creative Potential. The one token every hub shares, so value can cross the world. Capped at 10 billion forever — nobody can print more, including us.
A community you can walk across. A global layer that does almost nothing. Lawful hands in every country.
The hub is sovereign over its own economy. The Federation does only what one community cannot do alone. The Foundations sign what a ledger cannot sign.
The Consent Registry proves personhood on your own phone, with zero-knowledge cryptography — so a signature is a fact, and no personal data ever leaves the device.
Not a key out of the law — a lever into the negotiation.
Zero communities are live. The first one is what we're looking for.
Every number here carries what kind of claim it is: written, simulated, being built, or not yet. Nothing on this page is marked live, because nothing is.
A hub is measured by how much moves through it, not how many signed up. One dense block where value actually flows — and it spreads on its own.
Between us · narrated · 3:47
We build the software. The community is the part we cannot build — it takes longest, so it can start now.
Ten neighbours are enough to begin.
Ten neighbours are enough to begin, and you start with three: the ones you would trust with the keys to your house. Not three enthusiasts — three who turn up. Everything else on this list is easier, and nothing else matters as much.
Bread, repairs, childcare, tomatoes, roofing, haircuts, lessons, firewood. A list on paper is enough. The list tells you whether you have a community that can feed and mend itself, or a group that merely likes the idea.
Read the opening of the Constitution to someone who will argue with you, and listen to what they reject. If you can't answer in plain words, that is the most useful thing you learn this week.
Every page here already speaks your language — but a translation is a living thing, never finished. If a word rings false to a native ear, yours is the ear it needs. Read it in your own tongue and help keep it true: the versions that last are the ones their own speakers keep refining.
No form, no email, no list. When the app opens, your key is your membership — and the part you can start now is the longest: find your ten.
At eight billion of us, no single layer can serve us all — and no single layer should be allowed to try. So this is built to be adapted: local sovereignty inside a global federation, and any community anywhere may adapt the principles and build its own.
Replication, not domination. The goal was never for this to be the only economic system. It is to prove another one is possible — that the rules can be the same for all of us, that worth doesn't have to be earned to qualify.
Every one of us has worth. Every community is sovereign.
The infrastructure was the missing part. Now it is being built.
No form, no list, no account. What this project asks for is work — three kinds of it, each with a door of its own.
